awesome work Richard, nice to see youve advanced your skills so much. I was almost going to criticize your initial sketch as lacking detail, but youve really arrived at being part of the A listers of out class.

This is really funny. One thing I will mention, and I only note this because it is a pet peeve of mine, is that teeth are seldom so white (this may have been a choice on your part, so if it was, just ignore). I always find when drawing teeth, it is better to suggest the lines between them rather than draw then in one by one; they tend to look like piano keys when you do that. I added a bit of his flesh tone to the sides of his smile and softened the lines between the teeth, and I think they look a bit more natural.
